The company has a group of experienced professionals and advanced technicians in mold manufacturing, mainly in mold development and product processing, its mold manufacturing system has been fully realized computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAE/CAM) can provide users with tooling design, manufacturing, commissioning full service of qualified products.

Now we have 8 CNC milling machines, 22 sets 315-1000 tons of hydraulic machine, 21 three-dimensional laser cutting machines, 2 high-speed levelers and 3 welding sheet metal assembly lines. The production scale can reach 300 tons of daily steel, 150,000 sets of sheet metal for automobiles and electric vehicles annually. In January 2017, our company passed the ISO 9001, ISO / TS 16949 two quality system certification, product production process through strict inspection and control, to ensure the quality of each product.
