There are many sheet metal materials suitable for stamping, which are widely used in electronic and electrical industries, including:
Ordinary cold rolled sheet SPCC
SPCC refers to the continuous rolling of steel ingots through the cold rolling mill to produce steel sheets or sheets with required thickness. SPCC surface without any protection, exposed to the air is very easy to be oxidized, especially in humid environment, the oxidation rate is accelerated, dark red rust appears, when using the surface to spray paint, electroplating or other protection.
Galvanized steel sheet SECC
The substrate of SECC is a common cold rolled steel coil. After degreasing, pickling, electroplating and various post-treatment processes of continuous galvanizing line, SECC becomes a galvanizing product. SECC not only has general mechanical properties and approximate processability of cold rolled steel sheet, but also has superior corrosion resistance and decorative appearance. It has great competitiveness and substitution in the market of electronic products, household appliances and furniture. For example, SECC is commonly used in computer chassis at present.
Hot dip galvanized steel sheet SGCC
Hot-dip galvanized steel coil refers to the semi-finished products after hot-rolled pickling or cold-rolled, after cleaning, annealing, immersed in a melting zinc bath with a temperature of about 460 degrees C, so that the steel sheet galvanized, then tempered, leveled and chemically treated. The SGCC material is harder than the SECC material and has poor ductility (avoiding deep drawing design). The zinc layer is thick and the electric welder is poor.
Stainless steel SUS301
Cr (Cr) content is lower than SUS304, poor corrosion resistance, but cold processing can obtain good tensile force and hardness, good elasticity, mostly used for spring and anti-EMI.
Stainless steel SUS304
One of the most widely used stainless steels, Ni (Ni) is more resistant to corrosion and heat than Cr (Cr) steel. It has very good mechanical properties, no heat treatment hardening and no elasticity.
